Smart Sprint Board - Agile Task Dashboard with Markdown Notes

The dashboard tracks velocity (story points per sprint), burndown rate, completion percentage, task distribution across columns, team capacity, and individual assignee workload. It automatically calculates these metrics based on task movement and story point values.

Each task card supports markdown formatting for descriptions, allowing you to add formatted text, code blocks, lists, and links. This enables rich documentation of requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical notes directly within task cards.

The system generates a standard three-column board (To Do, In Progress, Done) by default, but you can specify custom column names and additional states in your prompt. The dashboard adapts to your workflow requirements.

The burndown chart uses Canvas API to render a real-time graph showing ideal vs actual progress. It plots story points remaining over sprint days, updating automatically as tasks move to 'Done'. The chart includes trend lines and completion projections.

All sprint data, including tasks, assignments, and progress, is automatically saved to localStorage. When you return to the dashboard, your entire sprint state is restored, including task positions, descriptions, and calculated metrics.

Tasks are color-coded by priority with distinct visual indicators: Critical tasks show red borders and urgency icons, while lower priorities use cooler colors. The dashboard can also sort and filter tasks by priority level for focused work sessions.
