The dashboard includes a drag-and-drop Kanban board with TODO/IN PROGRESS/REVIEW/DONE columns, sprint velocity tracking, team workload visualization, burndown charts, and quick stats. It supports markdown in descriptions, priority color coding, and real-time updates with localStorage persistence.

Users can create tasks via a quick-add button, view them in Kanban/list/calendar formats, update by dragging between columns or inline editing, and delete with confirmation. All changes persist in localStorage with auto-save every 30 seconds.

Include task details (title, assignee, status, story points, sprint number), team member names, sprint dates and goals. The system parses structured or semi-structured text to create the dashboard automatically.

The dashboard stores data locally in the browser, making it perfect for individual project managers or team demos. For real collaboration, team members can share updated data via the prompt system to sync their views.

The dashboard provides velocity charts showing sprint-over-sprint performance, burndown charts for daily progress, workload distribution bars per team member, and completion rate metrics with visual indicators.

Tasks are displayed as draggable cards that can be moved between columns. Dropping a card automatically updates its status, triggers animations, and persists the change. The board includes priority indicators and assignee avatars.

Users can filter tasks by assignee, sprint, priority, or status. The search function works across titles and descriptions with real-time results. Filters can be combined and saved as part of user preferences.
